Tailtastic was founded in 2023 with the backing of two decades of experience from its founders, with the aim of providing products and services for the construction industry, and specifically mosaics. By using high-quality raw materials and modern technology, we are proud to design and produce high-quality mosaics with unique beauty without any worries or hassles.
Our goal at the company is to provide high-quality products to our customers and also help them have a creative, beautiful and unique product. We are constantly monitoring and addressing the needs of our customers and are always creating innovative products for them.

FANTASTIC DESIGN
•Process
Design
Our work begins with a suggestion from the customer, which can be an artwork, a photograph, a magazine clipping, a hand-drawn sketch, or a product description. Our design team will quickly work with you to turn this description into a work of art.
Free Design
-We offer free design services.
-We provide free previews and renders.
-Design turnaround time: 2-3 days
-Sample Presentation
After the design is complete, a material sample along with a preview of the design will be sent to the customer for final approval.
-We send free tile samples.
-Sample turnaround time: 3-4 days
-Robotic Production
Our robotic equipment assembles ceramic pieces together with high precision and speed. After the design is complete, the mosaic design is downloaded onto the machine’s controller. This design is laid out on pages, each page being a part of the main design that comes together to form the complete picture.
The colored pieces are also fed into the machine’s feeder separately. The robotic arm picks up the pieces from the feeder based on commands sent from the central controller and places them precisely in the predetermined location. Once all the pieces of a page have been placed, these pieces are grouped together on 30 x 30 cm sheets using a mesh and adhesive, and after quality control, they are numbered, oriented, packaged, and placed in boxes.

Easy installation
By providing a detailed installation plan as well as accurate row or column numbering, mosaic installation will be simple and convenient. By using the TAILOR MADE MOSAIC process, the produced product will be exactly the size of the installation location, and it will prevent the customer from making extra costs.
